Dear Friends,
THANK YOU for your continued support and confidence in our plants!
We are a family owned and operated garden doing all the work ourselves,
and we strive to send you a large healthy plant. Our plants are grown in
the garden in good organic clay soil which has been amended for over
30 years. We grow many newer introductions which are too new to list.
So if you are looking for a particular cultivar check with us, we just
may have it. Descriptions in our catalogue are brief, using only the
information in the AHS checklist - to save space!
We send our catalogue free of charge to all previous customers within the
past 3 years. Anyone else wishing to receive a copy must send $3.00 to
help cover the cost of publishing and mailing -- which is fully refunded
on your first order.

GUARANTEE
Our garden is state inspected annually; plants are healthy and correctly
labeled. Jim or I personally dig all plants; we both love gardening and
enjoy working with our plants so we have no outside help. Double fan
divisions or better will be sent unless they are listed as singles in
catalogue. If dissatisfied with plants please do not plant. Return them
to us immediately with the original label for a refund. We cannot be
responsible for your growing conditions.
SUBSTITUTES
Some varieties are in short supply, particularly the newer introductions,
so please order early. A list of substitutes would be helpful; however,
we DO NOT substitute unless you allow us to do so. Substitutes will be of
greater value within reason.
BONUS
We do give very generous extras on all orders; (at least 25% of plant order
- excluding shipping) so do send us a long list of suggestions to avoid
duplicating something you already grow. No bonus on sale plants.

We ship by USPS PRIORITY MAIL the same day we dig. Shipping
is from April 1 (weather permitting) until October 15th. Please specify a
preferred shipping date or we will ship as soon as possible after receipt
of your order.

What's happening with us.....
We are so honored to have received the prestigious American Hemerocallis
Society's Helen Field Fischer Service Award, the highest award given to
individual members for meritorious service to AHS. This award was presented
at the national convention in Louisiana and we were so disappointed that
we were not there to humbly accept it. Due to some health issues, both of
us serving as chairs of our 2011 Region 15 summer meeting, and having to
get our garden ready for that tour, we did not feel like we had the time
to attend. However, it meant so much to have the award presented to us by
our AHS Board member, Rebecca Board, at this meeting, with our regional
friends present.
We were so honored also to be selected as regional hybridizers from
Region 15 to be featured in The Daylily Journal in 2011. Also to be
included in Charlie Dorsey's The Daylily Addict DVD/video series.
Charlie does a fabulous, professional job interviewing and filming not
just hybridizers but other interesting daylily folks and gardens.
You will get to meet so many wonderful daylily addicts and visit great
gardens.
Learn more about Charlie's work at
